  • Special Treatment for superior protection capability

    Harsh environment protection has special treatment to generator which can effectively prevent product from damage during application in desert sand, salty or corrosion, chemical gas, high humidity, mining dust vicinity. Special treatment using Triple proofing insulation to level 1, 2 or 3 is available as an option item to meet strict application requirements.

  • Full Load Starting Capability

    During an emergency, Full-load starting capability can ensure the generators starting at 100% rated capacity during one step load, and meet the transient changes of terminal voltage standards.

  • Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI)

    VPI system consists of environment-friendly varnish and UL certified insulation system to ensure the product reliability. The whole frame is impregnated in varnish to ensure the rust-proof capability in long term.

  • Balancing

    All rotors are balanced by the German digital high precision balancing machine in factory before delivery. The balancing meets the precision requirement of ISO1940

  • Frame

    Weld the frame with high strengthened steel plate. Use digital control machining equipments to ensure the machining precision. Reduce the stress on frame by annealing treatment.

  • Fastening

    Automobile application class high strengthened fastening are used to ensure the tightening of the joint between the rotating parts and contact parts. Use the dacromet high strengthened, rust-proof and anti-corrosion screws to meet the application in the tough working environment.

  • PMG Function

    For low voltage EG225 and above generators, PMG function is available upon customer’s request. The standard configuration of Medium/high voltage generators is PMG and digital voltage regulator.

  • Delivery

    Short lead time to provide quick delivery.

  • Configuration

    Various configurations are available according to the customer’s request. Tailor made design is available.

  • Warranty Protection

    24 months after delivery or 3000 running hours whichever comes first.

    ENGGA products has passed CE (certified by TUV), EMC (SGS), ISO9001:2008, UL1004-1:2012, UL1004-4:2011, CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 100-04 + GI1 + GI2 (R2009) + GI3 (Certified by TUV).
