Once receive a product failure report, ENGGA can confirm the findings and will provide a quick solution within 24 hours. If onsite service is required, our service team can be available within 48 hours from the failures occurred within 2000km distance from Guangzhou. For overseas customers, we can negotiate to arrange qualified engineer to conduct on site investigation.

In case of any failures to the main component such as the main stator/rotor damage not caused by any mishandling or poor maintenance, ENGGA can provide quick replacement parts according to customer’s request.

Newly delivered generators have a warranty protection for 24 months after delivery date or 3000 running hours whichever comes first.

The purchased spare parts or generator repair has a warranty protection for 12 months after delivery or 1000 running hours whichever comes first.
